Per CSB; Beginning of alley between Interlake and 97th. Piles of household junk making it extremely hazardous to drive out of the alley, as vision is obscured, more on the right than left. The pile covers the sidewalk making it difficult to walk. You end up having to walk in the street to get past. It has been there for two or three days, getting more and more spread out as people dig through the mess searching for things.
