This neighbor has a car parked in their front yard, steps from their front door. They also have makeshift driveway that butts right up to our property line. Fyi, it seems to be a rental and has at least 4-5 vehicles associated with it.

The address listed (9618 Ave S) is being used as a rental property with multiple people (4 or 5?) who seem to be unrelated (each with their own car) are living at this address as renters. The driveway (right next to our home) has been expanded up to the property line and is in tough shape. We hear people coming in and out very often through the side gate, accessing the basement apartment, it seems. Per online complaint: She has an apartment within her house. I am not sure if this area is zoned for apartment. Her tenant also has 3 vehicles which takes up parking on our street from the owners on this street and their visitors. I am not sure if you need to have a permit or contract to rent part of your house out.Ongoing since Sept. 2016
