Owner had a sump pump (presumably) installed about a month ago by contractors that drains farther down at the corner of the yard. However that drains across the sidewalk at the corner of the intersection of 97th and Woodlawn Ave N.The drainage after a storm now leaves sludge, leaves, and a solid sheet of ice when below freezing across the yellow pedestrian pad and sidewalk.This is a health and safety hazard.

per online complaint: Complaint from anoymus source that construction site is not following BMP's and may discharge sediment to drainage system. SPU Source control Inspection on 2/19/16 found no active discharge but no bmp's in place to protect exposed soil. Project #3021538
