auto repair., occurring mostly on weekends. Also junk storage and inops.lots of confusion as to ownership on this property. Please assign to Carol.

auto repair/inop observed 2 vehicles in rear yard with hoods up and persons working on them. Contacted tenant and left warning. Tenant stated that one vehicle was inop, the others belonged to them.

Conducting auto repair in rear yard and driveway. Stores vehicles in the rear yard - 1 may be inoperable. Currently 5 vehicles on the lot, including 2 in the front that belong to the owner. Compressor tank in rear yard is very noisy.
