Per Online;sometime between december 4-5 during the heavy Seattle rain our basement became fully flooded. We found that the water was coming from the foundation pushing out of tiny holes where the floor meets the wall. It was multiple hundreds of gallons of water that flooded our whole basement. Door was kicked in during an attempted burglary and landlord still has not repaired correctly. Floorboards are unsafe and pose tripping hazard. The fence is failing. Landlord is aware of these issues and many others but will not respond.
