Per on-line complaint dated 9/12/04: "My neighbor has hired contractors to build a small berm that diverts all of the street runoff away from the street and into my yard. I have talked to him about this on many occasions and encouraged him to contact the city concerning his street runoff problems. Although I don't consider this to be an 'emergency', it will cause substantial damage to my property as soon as it starts to rain and I would love to know if the city can do anything to help me. thank
