Per Online; This is an AIR BNB listing which has frequent (greater than once a week) loud parties with multiple cars, noise, shouting, music, and clear violations of pandemic limits on gatherings. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood. Absentee landlords are abusing the neighbors. House is a rented and marketed to encourage large parties. Neighbors on our quiet alley have made numerous complaints to AIR BNB over the last year with no action or improvement in situation.
