The property is a rental and the current tenant is running an auto body shop out of the carport. They are constantly priming and spray painting cars with only flimsy plastic sheathing to contain any over spray. There are also multiple cars in various stages of repair parked on the road. There are many children that live next door and two doors down and I worry about the hazardous chemicals that are being pumped into the air.

There was a severeleak on the roof/ceiling.The leak was repaired, but no mold treatment wasdone. The floor isrotting, mushroomshave sprouted. Theowner refuses to address any of therepairs or mold issues.
