per online complaint: Loud construction noise (measured up to 95 decibels inside our apartment) has been ongoing for several weeks. The noise has continued until present (7:42 pm) despite city code that construction noise must stop in multifamily dwellings by 7 pm. Have notified landlord of noise levels without change.

Per online complaint "Illegal Live aboard tenants on dock with full knowledge of landlord. Man living on sailboat. Has been there longterm. No sanitary facilities or water. There is also a shortterm liveaboard on the dock." I spoke to her by phone 5/12/10 & she stated that if the inspector goes to the end of Fairview that is the parking lot can stand at the entrance to witness that someone is living on a sail boat.
