Per online complaint, "I made a complaint a year ago and I believe you investigated the wrong address. The problem is on the south side of the house on 100th about 1/2 way up the hill.The brush/trees/bushes is very overgrown & infested with rodents. The bushes block the sidewalk down the hill. I think this is unsafe."
