My neighbor has poured cement over the dripline of a very large tree in their backyard, which to my understanding qualifies as a signficant tree, which is also helping to stabilize that part of the hillside on Thornton Creek ravine, which is a sensitive slope. This has greatly increased the impermeable surface of their small back yard also. I am very concerned for the health of this tree, as the slope is very steep.
