I have had standing water in my tub since Monday, 1/24/2022 due to an on going leak. Maintenance requests go unanswered and the last call I made,I was hung up on.

Reported overflowing garbage bin to SPU, but no guarantee that it will be fixed soon, as sometimes the junk surrounding a bin prevents garbage pickup, so getting process started with "junk storage" surrounding garbage dumpster. I have seen garbage pickup require account holders to remove junk storage surrounding dumpster in the past, so I'd like to make sure that the resultant issue with rats, etc, is dealt with as quickly as possible, if SDCI may be necessary.

1. The parking lot of the complex on the alley has a tenant using it as a mechanic shop. Two vehicles are inoperable as well as two motorcycles. There is trash everywhere that then goes into the alley and blocks traffic. Many people coming day and night to work on vehicles. Has dog off leash while working which is concerning as the dog runs around barking and could easily get hit on the alley. 2. Noise from person who works on cars at all hours (11pm, 2am, 4am, etc.) Loud music and yelling.

Washer & Dryer don't work have not been working for at least 4-5months. Tenant has put in several service requests nothing has been done.
