This is continuation of record # 006391-26CP. Apartment is out of compliance with the RRIO checklist, violations we have formally notified our landlord about: -8.6 Shower/bathtub has a slow drain (at least 2" of water collects when showering). On 6/23/26 we emailed our landlord regarding the slow drain, referenced the RRIO checklist violation, and requested an inspection (the email was forwarded to Stella Washington). We notified our landlord on 6/23/26 as our rent was set to increase on 7/1/26

Maintenance was done on the garage at the end of June into July, which caused visible damage on the outside of the stairway turret leading to the underground garage. There is a chunk of the original stone knocked out on the outside facing the street, and white spray paint on the metal door and original brick stairs leading to the courtyard.
