Per online complaint "Dead mattress stored in front yard for at least 3 months now. Caution--the north unit appears to be used as a flop house with at least 4 adults and one child (young boy +/-9 yrs old) with lots of "5 minute" visitors that look like drug buyers. owner historically irresponsible."
