We received a 10-day "Comply or Vacate" notice regarding storage unit P202. We have lived in our unit in Seattle for ~6 years and have continuously used storage unit P202, which was included and billed under our original lease (4/5/2021). Our most recent lease renewal (4/14/2025) includes storage and parking in a combined $285 charge and does not indicate any change, reassignment, or termination of our storage unit.Despite this, the landlord is now claiming we are using a unit "not assigned

I was inquiring to the front desk about the market rate of a new two bedroom apartment.  The leasing specialist who was helping me indicated that apartment buildings' management in and around the geographic area of the building have a weekly conference call to "adjust" their market rates.  I have no proof, but this sounds like a cartel to me which I would assume is illegal.  (IANAL)
