Per Online; I am writing again to complain against the improper installment of steel plates in front of my apartment building. The sound has rendered me (and others!) unable to sleep. This is incredibly upsetting!

Steel plates on N 50th St directly in front of my apartment building are causing an incredible amount of noise every single time a car drives over them. I'm not sure if these were installed improperly, but the noise shakes my entire building. Quite frankly, it's impossible to ignore.
