Complaint: Emergency

Opened April 10, 2026

This is significantly impacting habitability. Manag

Complaint: Noise

Opened March 27, 2021

New Loud Noise, loud tea kettle whistling followed by popping booming noises.  Happens several times per day; morning and night.  Building management is not inspecting sound of noise, says this is normal and nothing "will blow up". Tenants who have lived here for 2+ years have never heard this noise until now.
