An abandoned 12 foot boat blocking the N 104th St sidewalk, along with a broken boat trailer and ripped cream colored leather couch abandoned for over 6 months. These 3 large items are junk and need to go to the dump; eye sore to the neighborhood & blocking the sidewalk.

Door buzzer to get into building is not working, been out of service for at least 6 months. Tenant is not able to move around due to health conditions. Can't get deliveries of medication, food etc. Let tenant know when coming due to medical condition
