HOUSING - apt flooded yesterday POTA - tenant rights, need TRAO help cannot stay in my apt** PER 11/10/22 PHONE CALL: Complainant told me by phone today this is water intrusion from rain into the apartment. Landlord apparently said per natural causes, is not willing to help tenant; complainant said landlord provided a U-haul today and told them to pack their stuff and leave so he can start repairs. - ALERTED POTA/HOUSING PER PRIORITYUPDATE - JH **
