Duplicate 010323-25CPAt least one room on this property is being used as a short-term rental and advertised as a sleeping space, but it has no window or emergency exit. That makes it unsafe and not habitable. In the event of a fire, anyone inside would be trapped. I am concerned this unit is being rented to the public when it does not meet basic housing and safety standards.
