Per 4/9/10 online complaint: "Owner dug for parking and drainage & installed forms for a parking slab that slopes toward rockery. The removal of dirt has exposed tree roots growing under the 6' rock retaining wall that abuts my property. Excavation appears to be below first course of rocks. Wall could shift or fall."***Is work occurring per Permit 6240234? Is retaining wall on east in danger of falling?***

Constructing a second story, the constractor has had the roof off unit for approximately 2 weeks. Water leaking through light switches, ceiling, running down sheet rock, pooling in low spots on carpet, 8 pans collecting drips.
