I believe that Prism apartments is illegally, metering their electric and utilities for this apartment complex. I think that they are specifically padding receipts. When I asked questions about what company owns their portal to pay online, I was promptly blocked from logging on and paying my electricity bill. And now they want me to pay it directly to them without getting any receipts or anything like that so I'm starting to wonder if they are illegally metering based on

Disabling EV charger. The building has installed multiple EV charging station - both chargePoint and SWTCH. However, none of the charging stations are open to tenants.
