I want to add updates to case 000315-26CP, as well as append my contact information. Feel free to reach out to me via email or phone number (andyphan2001@gmail.com, 360-489-4941).I have photos of what I suspect could be mold or chemical corrosion on the floorings of the apartment / a light fixture. Also, I was present when maintenance first installed the fans, and did not see them use any sanitization (only drying). This makes me concerned that there are still category 2 water contaminants

I am reporting a violation of the Seattle Housing and Building Maintenance Code (SMC 22.206.050) regarding minimum standards for basic habitability and sanitation.My apartment unit recently experienced a category 2 water leak due to an above neighbor.
