Landlord wants me to pay for water/sewer, which is a direct conflict with rental agreement. SHA says if I pay, I'll loose my voucher. The landlord is threatening eviction if I don't pay. Some of the wall outlets don't work, but the landlord says I have to pay for an electrician.
