Property located in a riparian corridor. Owner pumping out water every 30 minutes from under the house, south side, into a storm drain. Complainant contacted DPD's Drainage & Sewer Review Desk and was referred to Code Compliance to file a complaint. Compl owns the adj property to the south, but lives in Kenmore.You may have access to property to the south: 10738 35th AV NE if you look to the North to you can see 30 ft long piece of ABS pipe spraying water out onto the alley.
