Our now previous owner sold our building. We are an mfte building and with the number of units I believe it is supposed to 30 days notice of intent to sell, prior to even listing the property. They posted the intent to sell on November 19th 2025 and finalized the sale on November 2025. They also transfered our security deposits on November 15th. I was under the impression we were required 30 days notice as well for those funds to change hands, which we recieved no notice of.

Dishwasher not installed properly and falls over on tenant and does not wash properly. Has been repaired multiple times over the 8 years I have left here, using wire, placing things underneath, etc. This did somethjing to sink/garbage disp. Sink has not drained for a week. I'm 70 with cancer, and have to carry buckets of foul liquid to the bathroom and do not have sanitary conditions to prepare food. Landlord promises visits and does not come. The elevator in the building has been down since July 15th. There has been only one update from the leasing office stating that the company that will be fixing the elevator is aware and waiting for a part. There has been no updates about estimated time frame. There are several people here unable to properly leave their apartments due to physical disabilities restricting them from taking the stairs, and no other reparations have been made.
