Doing construction, deck overhanging on complainants property eroding underneath dirt and hillside. Took cement out of deck and now there's runoff. Put in plastic tubing running underneath walkway coming onto complainants property, to drain water ***Is site work and drainage to adjacent property to the east per Permit 6555977? (see attached photos by complainant)***
