Adjacent to the 110 Vine St Building "New Pacific apartments," there are blue bins in the alley that do not belong there. These bins have been present for several months and frequently overflow, creating unsightly mess and attracting pests. They also appear to be unserviced. After months of ongoing back-and-forth with SPU regarding the issue, they ultimately recommended that we contact SDCI to determine how this can be resolved.
