Brian's room, paint bubbling, wall wet. Broken heaters. Karim: heater doesn't work on 1st floor. Windows won't seal. Moisture absorbers filled right away. Holes above front door, and in kitchen. Flies come through. Flies through holes. Rats underneath sink. Railings not up to code. Leaky faucet. l
