I believe landlord purposely made the stove dangerous for nefarious ressons. It was electrocuting me and it took weeks for them to replace it.I learned that this landlord knows the people who were stalking me, and my property manager Anisha Gilliam was assisting them with stalking me. Their names are Alice Eidson and Mark Schultz. I submitted a report with Seattle police about them on Nov 18 2023.The landlord entered my unit for non essential reasons on 11/28

After some flooding from heavy rain inside our apartment. One of the bedrooms started developing a black color mold on the walls and window sills. We contacted the building management and they just cleaned it but did not address that water actually went through a cement wall. Now both rooms in the apartment develop mold constantly and every request for maintenance they just spray bleach on it or cover it up in chalk paint. I don't know if it's toxic mold but it's black and on

I do not believe the electricity usage meter for my unit is accurate. I have received electric bills that are astronomical for a studio unit, nearly $300. I am no longer using the wall unit heaters and invested in my own standing heater but the bill has gone up, even though my unit is still very cold (never above 60 degrees)I am not using power excessively and cannot afford such high bills.
