The building manager has padlocked the trash and recycling dumpsters. We cannot use any trash chutes or dispose of waste in the apartment dumpsters.

Panorama Apartment/ FPI management withheld entire $600 security deposit and sent additional $500 charges to collections agency unlawfully. They are charging us for cleaning and renovation (re-painting of the entire apartment). No damages were ever disclosed to us. Additionally, the apartment was cleaned to the original conditions upon moveout, and there were no damages requiring repainting of the entire apartment.
