The boiler in this rental building is non-functional. My apartment temperature is currently below 65°F and continues to drop as outdoor temperatures fall. Seattle code requires a minimum of 68°F daytime and 58°F nighttime.I notified the building in writing on September 25 and September 27. The building manager has informed me repairs will not commence until October 15, and they have offered space heaters as a temporary solution. Space heaters do not satisfy RCW 59.18.060 or WAC 51-51-0303
