Regina Jonas called Office of Emergency Management and they contacted us. Regina's husband has been removing vegetation from the hillside on their property and terracing the hillside without permits or advice from a Geotechnical engineer and now with the rains the hillside seems to be slumping.Best view from inside their house; or going in and out thru a back door.
