I am reporting more unlawful retaliation by my landlord in direct response to my filing a complaint with SDCI about their previous retaliatory rent increase (012526-26CP). I received a "Rent and Fee Increase Notice to Tenants" within 90 days of making a good faith report to the Seattle Hearing Examiner of a violation of SMC 7.25. I believe this could be a "Reprisals or retaliatory actions by landlord" per RCW 59.18.250. The rent increase notice does not specify "any reasonable grounds for said increase" per RCW 59.18.250. The complaint to the Seattle Hearing Examiner was made on December 4th, 2025. The rent increase notice was posted on my door February 13, 20026
