PER CSB:SR Number: 26-00219235 want to make a complaint on the Building Manager the Apartment Building I live in is infested with roaches and rats and the Building is very dirty and the hallways are not been mop for months and all of the washes and dryers on every floor are broken down they don't work and it's been broken down for months I even went to the Managers attention and she doesn't do nothing about this serious situation in this Building I don't want to be in a Apartment that I'm pay
