On the evening of Monday, February 15th at approximately 5:30 PM, we noticed water pouring in from the bottom right side of one of our windows in our apartment, unit 301 (large window on the right). We are on the top floor with a flat roof. We got a large bowl and placed it on the window sill and place a towel over the heat register and carpeted flooring. We then texted one of the property managers Jacob Spurgeon at approximately 5:41 PM, then made a phone call to him. H
