This is an Airbnb, and the host is negligent in having the garbage picked up. At any time, there will be piles of garbage blocking the sidewalk, which make walking impossible. There are open bags, overflowing cans, rats, etc. The Airbnb listing states that it sleeps 20 people, and it is known as a party house. But the issue is not the tenants but the owner who is not taking care of garbage and sidewalk clean up.
