The backyards of 1115 and 1107 Lakeside Ave S are known ECAs. The neighbors at 1110 Lake Washington Blvd hired workers to trim trees on the 1115 and 1107 properties for their view. Several trees were clearly topped (several red alders and a big maple) which is called out explicitly at https://www.seattle.gov/trees/regulations/illegal-cutting in bold "Tree topping is prohibited in ECAs." Cleard hilside of vegetation and constructed a patio(unsure of dimensions). Can be viewed from complainant's back fence. Permission to enter complaintant's yard(1120 Lk Wash Blvd). Concerned about landslides.
