Per online complaint: "Unpermitted deck was removed at 1122 24th recently, but a fence ~12' tall (+retaining wall height) remains without any structural support. Fence is poised fall into my back yard. Property owner's unresponsive. I believe fence height requires a permit so can be regulated by DPD."

Per Online Request: "My backyard abuts a neighbor's on 24th Ave. Their yard is higher & there's a cracked retaining wall on property line which is moving/worsening. They built an (unpermitted?) fence/shed on top of wall some years ago.
