Looks to be overgrowth from the private property into row from 11211 LAKESIDE AVE NE] Overgrown vegetation bordering 11225 Lakeside Ave NE on west side of road. Not sure whether it is the owners responsibility. It is a blind corner and poses a traffic hazard

neighbor lives 15 ft above & is sending drainage run-off down the hill onto his property, roof run off is discharged from the downspouts (when connected) to small section of 4" drainpipe & dumped downt he hill. This will be visible from complainant's property at 11211 Lakdeside AVE NE. Owner Dan Johnson is usally home M, T & F. He would like a call ahead if possible; 206-697-8715.
