Construction workers on the property are consistently damaging landscaping on adjacent properties and public right of way. This is occurring mainly by leaning "No Parking" and "Sidewalk Closed" signs against vegitation. They have already been responsible for the loss of several bushes planted at 114 24th Ave. E., and are causing damage to trees in front of 115 and 111 24th Ave East. This includes leaning signs against a tree in a required tree protection area.

CONSTRUCTION--per online--The retaining wall is falling into the sidewalk and the bushes growing out from where part of the wall already fell are making the sidewalk impassable.

PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Since Monday, this private property's construction crew has been jack hammering from 7:00 am on. I ready on your website that while noise can start at 7:00, jackhammering and other similar construction work must wait until 8:00. Please send help-we are becoming sleep deprived.
