Landlord posted a 48-hour notice of entry dated for November 1st at 6:00 PM to enter our apartment on November 4 between 9 AM and 4:30 PM. However, this notice was not posted until sometime between noon and 8 PM on November 2, less than 48 hours of the required notice we must have per RCW 59.18.150(3).

I was required to pay two pet deposits for one household for two pets. Each deposit was $250 for a total of $500. At the time, our monthly rent was $1946.The first pet deposit was paid on March 24, 2023. The second pet deposit was paid on October 9, 2023. I tried reaching out to correct this, but they indicated that because we have two pets, they will collect two deposits.
