Per caller: He rents SFR at attached location and said that he has reported various issues to his landlord with no response. He believed it was possibly due to alzheimer's situation until he reported issues again and received an eviction notice in response. Caller was referred internally to the Housing Ordinance Specialist but wants to report the following issues at his residency (has has children and until he is able to move he needs certain items resolved to make the moving process easier on
