1. Black Mold in crawl space and attic2. piers and beam rotting out causing the flooring to sag/sink 3. Rats/Mice in crawl space and attic. (.5 to 1 inch of rat droppings in the "garage"). Raccoons are known to enter the attic during the winter. 4. Water pressure unable to be maintained (kitchen sink water becomes 0 if someone flushes the toilet), 5.
