Tenant says main code box to enter building is not working again. This was an issue before was fixed, now it's a problem again. Mgmt. hasn't sent any type of updates or expressed concerns about this issue. Complainant is disabled worried that if there is an emergency nobody will be able to assist as they can't get in. Management refuses to respond to residents for weeks. They do not answer their phones, they do not respond to urgent situations such as broken glass in the front of the building.Management is violating tenant leases by introducing fraudulent charges related to utilities. Residents have begun receiving "vacant electricity" charges from a third party despite paying flat, all-encompassing utility fees as stipulated in lease agreements.Management does not fill service requests for plumbing
