Per CSB;Address private tree concerns, overgrown vegetation and vacant building violation - Dangerous - large dead tree and overgrown vegetation. The city once wrote us saying the dead tree needed trimming because the garbage trucks ran into it. I let them know the tree is on the property next to us at 11526 30th Ave NE, and then they decided no trimming needed. Big branches come down in wind, the tree is dead and needs to be removed sadly.
