According to tenants at the property, the main house is being rented to two separate parties (one unit on the upper level and one unit on the lower level). It appears to be zoned SFR. The garage/outbuilding is being rented to a third party. I was unable to find permits online for a legal DADU or for sewer to that outbuilding unit. The landlord does NOT live on the property.
