This is a junk storage complaint for the residents at 11738 Phinney Ave N. There is an inoperable/unused vehicle that is not stored in a building and is sitting in the back yard of the residence. The residents also have multiple dilapidated sheds that are falling over and at least two truck bed canopies that are unused and laying as trash.
