per email from Tim:Just talked to the structural engineer Dave 425-238-9137. The owner has five units now and one sounds like it does not have the required egress and they are trying to put in a 6th unit. We have an old plan review permit for electrical #6042990 showing 4 units and a house meter. They are now trying to install a f unit under electrical permit# 6456794. They have an STFI #6432406 for interior alterations.
