Per Online; Concerned that Complaint Record #007347-20CP appears to have been closed without resolution, however, former tenant of eight years had not received his Tenant Relocation Funds after he was forcibly removed from his residence in September 2020. In April 2020, Landlord decided to remodel the basement ADU to be able to rent it for higher rates. Tenant explained that it would be difficult and expensive to move as they were locked down due to the new pandemic. Land
