Dave's Hot Chicken is a restaurant occupying a ground floor retail space at the southwest corner of my apartment building, 1200 E Pine St (Beryl Apartments). I live at 1200 E Pike St Apt 103, a ground floor apartment in the same building.On a semi-daily basis between 3 and 4 AM, Dave's Hot Chicken accepts commercial restaurant deliveries of large pallets and barrels, which are wheeled into the restaurant through an access hallway leading off of 12th Ave that shares a wall with my unit.
